Ingredients:
Roasted gram - 1 cup
Dessicated coconut - 1/4 cup
Roasted ground nut - 2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 1/4 cup
Dry red chilies - 1 cup
Tamarind - half a small lemon size
Method of Preparation:
1. Grate the dessicated coconut and keep aside.
2. Grind the remaining ingredients and in the end add the coconut and salt and grind again.
3. This is a wonderful side dish for curd rice, idli and dosas.
