Adai Dosa / Multi-grain Dosa


Ingredients:
Raw rice – ½ cup
Par-boiled rice – ½ cup
Green gram – ½ cup
Channa dhal – ¼ cup
Thur dhal – ¼ cup
Urad dhal – ¼ cup
Dry red chillies - 8
Asafetida – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Add while making dosa (optional):
Finely sliced coconut
Any kind of leafy vegetable (chopped)
Curry leaves

Method of Preparation:
• Soak the first set of ingredients overnight except salt and asafetida.
• In the morning coarsely grind the soaked mixture in a blender.
• Add the asafetida, salt to taste and the second set of ingredients and make crisp adai dosas.
• Serve with avial / jaggery and butter.
