Ingredients:
Curd / Yoghurt – 1 ½ glasses
Ice cubes – ½ glass
Rose water – 2 tsp
Sugar – 8 tsp
Method of Preparation:
• Take the curd in a bowl.
• Add sugar and rose water to the curd.
• Using a whisker slowly whisk the curd for until sugar dissolves.
• Pour into 2 glasses with enough ice cubes to fill the glass.
• Sprinkle some sugar on top and serve.
