Avacado Milk Shake
Ingredients:Avacado - 1 ripe
Milk - 1 1/2 glasses
Sugar to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut open the avacado and remove the seed.
2. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl and beat it with a fork.
(do not use a blender. It tastes really good to get avacado pieces in the mouth.)
3. Add half a glass milk to the bowl and sugar and beat with the fork again.
4. Now add the remaining milk and serve cold.
Variations:
:- Add a tsp of rose water.
:- Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
