Ingredients:
- Upma rava - 1/2 kg
- Raw rice - 1/2 kg
- Idli rice - 1/2 cup
- Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Method of Preparation:
1. Dry roast the rava in a wok till nice aroma arises.
2. Spread in a news paper to cool down.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the rava and grind them to a fine powder in a flour mill.
4. Spread the mix on a news paper till it cools down. Store in an air-tight container.
