Chicken 65 - Version 2

Muslim Wedding-Biriyani – Tamil Nadu style

Anyone in Tamil Nadu would say Muslim wedding biriyani is the best, hands down. And I vouch for that as well. Its made in a very different way without any masala powders and all spices are ground fresh which makes this biriyani have a natural color to it with a wonderful flavor. If you like your biriyani spicy, be generous with the green chilies, because that's the only ingredient that adds to the spice level of this biriyani. Here you go! The recipe for you!!

Chicken Chinthamani

This is by far the spiciest chicken dish EVVVER!! I have reduced the quantity of red chilies in half than what the original recipe calls for, and its still real spicy, but Fantastic. Just have this with some piping hot white rice with a dollop of ghee/clarified butter and you will be in heaven (though your mouth will be still on fire). This recipe is a speciality of Tamil Nadu and is a big no no for people who cant handle spicy food. But for those of us who LOVE spicy food, this is THE chicken recipe that you would ever want to make, once you try it. Here is my version of it. Enjoy!! (with a tall glass of water on the side ;) )

Sambar - Tamil Nadu Style

Macaroni & Cheese (slow-cooker version)

Who doesn't like Mac & Cheese? And if its home-made from scratch it is definitely something to die for. My friend's mom enlightened me with the secret behind her soft and creaaaamy mac & cheese and That was making it in a Slow-Cooker!! I'm sure you would love it as much as I do. Here is my version of the recipe. Enjoy!
