Ingredients:
Raw banana – 2
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Crushed garlic – 3 pods
Salt to taste
Oil for frying – 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
• Peel outer skin and cut the raw bananas into four lengthwise and then cut into thin slices across.
• Mix salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder with the pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
• Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they change colour add the crushed garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.
• Now add the banana pieces and fry in medium flame till banana becomes golden brown in colour.
