Ingredients:
Urad Dhal - 2 cups
Channa dhal - 1 cup
Roasted gound nuts - 1/2 cup
Dry red chilies - 15 (or according to your spice level)
Aesofetida - 1 tbsp
Dry curry leaves - a handful
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
1. Dry roast the ingredients individually.
2. Grind them to a coarse powder and store in air-tight container.
3. Use as needed with gingily oil or ghee as side dish for idli or dosas.
