Ingredients:
Whole red chilies - 100 gm
Coriander seeds - 150 gm
Black pepper - 100 gm
Cumin seeds - 50 gm
Thur dhal - 50 gm
Channa dhal - 25 gm
Whole turmeric - 25 gm
Method of Preparation:
1. Sun-dry the ingredients for a whole day. Alternately you can dry roast them slightly in a pan.
2. Pound them to a fine powder and store in an airtight container.
