Rasam powder - 2

Ingredients:
Dry red chilies - 2 cups
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 100 gm
Fenugreek seeds - 50 gm
Mustard seeds - 30 gm
Black pepper - 50 gm
Asafoetida - 2 tbsp

Method of Preparation:
1. Dry roast the above ingredients individually and let them cool down.
2. Grind to a little coarse powder and spread on a news paper to cool.
3. Store in an air-tight container and use as needed.
