Ingredients:
Black Pepper - 10 gm
Cumin seeds - 30 gm
Coriander seeds - 50 gm
Dry red chilies - 10
Thur dhal - 100 gms
Asafoetida - 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
1. Grind the black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dry red chilies to a fine powder.
2. Grind the thur dhal to a coarse powder and it to the above powder along with the asafoetida.
3. Spread on a news paper till the powder cools down.
4. Store in an air-tight container and use as needed.
