Ingredients:
Red chilies - 1/2 kg
Coriander seeds - 1/2 kg
Thur dhal - 1/2 kg
Bengal Gram - 250 gms
Dry turmeric roots - 10 pieces
Method of Preparation:
1. Sun dry the ingredients for a day.
2. Pound the ingredients in a flour mill to a slightly coarse powder. Or you can grind them in a mixer grinder.
3. Spread the powder in a news paper till it cools down.
4. Store in an air-tight container and use as needed.
