Ingredients:
Red chilies - 1/2 kg
Coriander seeds - 1/2 kg
Whole black pepper - 2 tbsp
Thur dhal - 1 1/2 cups
Channa dhal - 3/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Whole turmeric - 1/2 cup
Method of Preparation:
1. Dry roast all the ingredients individually and grind to a fine powder.
2. Spread in a news paper till the powder cools down.
3. Store in an air-tight container and use as needed.
